The focus and intention of my work is restorative, to support the healing of your injuries and rid you of chronic pain and tension caused by the stress of your daily life. My approach is patient, intuitive and specific, with the goal of creating ease and balance as you move through your every day activities.
My work continues to evolve and is grounded in a variety of modalities, including Swedish massage, deep-tissue, myofascial release, trigger point work, and informed by the Chinese meridian system used in shiatsu and acupuncture. The Alexander technique and the Feldenkrais method have also influenced my work, from years of intensive theatre and movement training.
